So far, National Moth Week has an impressive 39 US states registered and ready to go for the big week. Check out the map to make sure your state is represented.
We’re really working hard to reach out to individuals, nature centers, environmental education centers, parks, botanical gardens, etc in the remaining 11 states. I don’t know about you, but I’m a perfectionist type-A-personality scientist, and it will really bother me if the entire US isn’t represented. This is NATIONAL Moth Week!
So if you have family, friends, distant acquaintances or colleagues in Arizona, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, or South Dakota call, email, facebook, twitter, text and generally pester them until they agree to an event. (Say please!)
