Moth frenzy tonight in Kansas! (July 24)

Mary Liz Jameson sent us a NMW update from Kansas:

It will be a moth frenzy tonight in Kansas! The Wichita State University Field Ecology class will be mothing tonight. We have various traps for moths, and several folks who will be imaging. We will be submitting our data to DiscoverLife.

It’s been HOT and DRY here, so the diversity may be quite low, but we will be there to discover the species that come our way!

You can see some of our plans as well as some of the images to follow at http://ninnescahlife.wichita.edu/.
