This really speaks to me. We usually get Halysidota harrisii here in droves. And for some reason in the past couple of years they virtually almost vanished. In the past year I started keeping track and what disturbs me greatly is that last year I saw a bunch and this year I saw only one which had come to lights on my terrace.

We have tons of Sycamores here.......they're everywhere and usually H. harrisii is also plentiful with the larvae just about everywhere and the adults perched on the windows and things. It's not like that anymore.

I miss them.......I wonder what could possibly be the cause of this. On the other hand Mythimna unipuncta have been most plentiful this year......never seen so many!

I appreciate everyone's work and I hope we can get our heteroceran friends back on track. God bless you all. =)
